A ISO 37301

Um auditor líder capacitado por um curso de formação especializado com reconhecimento internacional, terá conhecimento suficiente para implementar programas de compliance com base na ISO 37301. Portanto, esse profissional atuará como um implementador de processos complexos com base na ISO 37301, desde contexto da organização, obrigações de compliance, gestão de riscos e controles internos. Aqui, o objetivo seria preparar uma organização para se certificada na Norma ISO 37301.
Um auditor líder ISO 37301 também pode atuar como auditor interno na organização, aqui ressalto que não se trata da auditoria de controles internos pertencente as linhas de defesa de compliance, mas sim a auditoria do sistema de gestão de compliance em conformidade à ISO 37301. Portanto, um auditor líder ISO 37301 poderá ser contratado por uma organização para fazer a auditoria interna, elaborar relatório, pontuar não conformidade e até mesmo propor ações corretivas em uma auditoria interna.
Para finalizar, outra função, não menos importante é a certificação. Aqui o auditor líder pode atuar como auditor de um organismo de certificação acreditado ISO 37301 , e assim ser responsável por todo processo de auditoria de certificação, desde a elaboração do plano de auditoria, auditorias de fase 1 e fase 2 e subsequente auditorias de manutenção. Para isso, além da formação de auditor, o profissional precisa passar por um rigoroso processo de homologação como auditor de terceira parte, certificação.
